CAPF Exam Centers 2023 List
The UPSC CAPF Exam is a pan-India exam, and the candidates must select their nearest CAPF Exam Centres for the written exam when filling out the application form. Per the official notification, the list of CAPF exam centres declared by the UPSC is below.

Important Points for CAPF Exam Centres
Candidates should be careful when deciding on the CAPF exam centres when submitting an online application. If a candidate appears in the CAPF exam centre other than the one shown on the admit card, their answer papers will not be assessed. The applicant's candidacy will be subject to cancellation under such circumstances.
- The centres and the date of holding the exam, as mentioned above, are liable to be changed at the discretion of the UPSC.
- Allotment of UPSC CAPF Exam Centres will be on a “first-apply-first allot” basis, and once the capacity of a particular Centre is attained, the same will be frozen.
- Applicants, who cannot get a CAPF exam centre of their choice due to the ceiling, will be required to choose a centre from the remaining ones. Applicants are, thus, advised that they may apply early for the exam so that they may apply early so that they could get a centre of their choice.
- Candidates will be required to give their options at the Interview/Personality Test time while acknowledging the e-summon letter mailed to them for the interview. A candidate may also opt out of the scheme; in that case, their details will not be published by the Commission.
- The admit card will specify the exam dates, times, and address of the allotted CAPF exam centre.
- Candidates must reach the exam centre 2 hours prior as per the details mentioned in the admit card.
- Candidates must carry their CAPF Admit Card, government-issued photo ID, and Address proof to the CAPF exam centres.
CAPF Interview Centre
Those candidates who qualify for the written exam and Medical test/Physical Standard Tests will be called for the Personality test by the UPSC. The CAPF Interview Centre will be in Delhi only as the interview will be conducted in the UPSC building, Dholpur House, New Delhi. The qualified candidates must carry all details of the UPSC AC exam along with their academic and professional certificates & which need to be verified at the time of the interview.
Things Not Allowed in CAPF Exam Centres
Some items are forbidden to carry inside the CAPF exam centres as per the instructions given by the Commission. These are as follows:
- No need to carry a rough work sheet as the investigator inside the exam hall will provide it.
- Do not carry any precious items inside the CAPF Exam Centres, as the Commission will not be responsible for the safety of such things.
- Calculators, books, paper sheets, notebooks, and any electronic devices are not allowed to take inside the exam hall.
