BTSC JE Recruitment Selection Process

According to the BTSC JE selection process, the commission will uphold a written examination. Afterward, the officials will prepare a merit list considering 75% marks for the written examination and 25% for the experience. Based on it candidates will be called for the document verification. • The question paper will consist of a total of 100 questions.
• For every question, one mark will be rewarded for the correct answer.
• For every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.

BTSC JE Exam Preparation Tips

BTSC JE exam preparation tips have been elaborated for the applicants aspiring to appear for the BTSC JE exam.

• Make a timetable for the BTSC JE exam preparation.
• Start making short notes from day one of your exam preparation.
• Refer to the syllabus and try to complete it before the scheduled exam date.
• Derive insights from the previous year’s BTSC JE paper.

BTSC JE Result

The commission will release the merit list based on which student will be called for the document verification process. Upon completion of all the stages of the selection process, the commission will announce the final BTSC JE Result. Candidates named in the BTSC JE result will receive the letter of appointment through different channels which will be communicated separately. 

BTSC JE Cut-Off Marks

The BTSC JE written examination is qualifying in nature. Therefore, after the release of the BTSC JE merit list, the commission will release the BTSC JE cut-off marks. Applicants should ensure that they have obtained BTSC JE cut-off marks to be eligible for the document verification process. However, candidates can refer to the previous year’s BTSC JE cut-off marks which will help in setting goals for the exam preparation. 

BTSC JE Salary

The BTSC JE salary will be paid to the appointed candidates. As per the notification, the selected candidates will be paid Rs.9300 – 34,800/- along with the grade pay of Rs. 4600/-.
