BPSC AAO Salary Structure 2021

The salaries of BPSC AAO Officers is according to the 7th Pay Commission and the pay scale on the pay matrix is 7. The minimum grade pay for the BPSC AAO officer is Rs 47,600.  BPSC AAO Salary structure includes basic pay plus grade pay and other perks. To apply for BPSC AAO one must have the age between 21-37 years. Candidate must have a minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's Degree passed with any one of the subjects Commence, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics from any of the recognized University.

Bihar Assistant Audit Officer In-Hand Salary 2021

The selected candidates as BPSC Assistant Audit Officer receive a salary in accordance with Level 7 of the 7th Pay Commission. The recruited candidates will be granted an in-hand salary of INR 44,900/- including grade pay of INR 4,600/-.

BPSC AAO Probation Period

The selected officers will have to undergo a probation period of 2 years In the probation period, the officers will have to obtain training and pass departmental examinations. They have to pass a pre-confirmation training of 9 months.

The pre-confirmation period will consist of 3 months of theoretical training and 6 months of practical training. If the candidate fails in the pre-confirmation period, then the probation period may be extended. Even after the extension period, the candidate fails the pre-confirmation period, such an employee may be removed from Service.

BPSC Audit Officer Growth Opportunities

Selected BPSC Assitant Audit Officers will be eligible for promotion only after acquiring good experience in their work. Their performance during the probation period plays a vital role in career growth. For getting the promotion to the higher rank and pay scale of Senior Auditor Officer selected candidates will have to pass the Departmental Examination. The candidates will be granted promotion only after the completion of a minimum of 10 years in service and passing the Departmental Exams.
