BMRCL Graduate Engineer Salary and Contract

Remuneration

• Graduate Engineers would receive a cumulative monthly compensation of Rs.25,000/. Employees will get medical and personal accident insurance coverage, as well as contributions to the Company's superannuation fund/gratuity, in addition to the consolidated salary.

Contract

• The contract appointment will be for a term of 2 (two) years at first. If the circumstances permit, either party may cancel the appointment contract by giving 3 months' notice or paying the contractual remuneration for three months in place of the notice period.
