Bihar Judiciary Selection Process 2021
Bihar Judiciary Examination has three rounds of the selection process. The Bihar Judiciary Selection Process starts with the online application. After successfully submitting the Bihar Judiciary online application candidates will be called for the Prelims exam. Bihar Judiciary prelims successfully qualified candidates will be called for the Judiciary Mains exam. The final stage of the selection process is the Personality Test/Interview. The various stages of the Bihar Judiciary selection process involve:
- Phase I: Preliminary Exam
- Phase II: Mains Exam
- Phase III: Interview
The final selection of the candidates will be made based on the successful candidates who clear each stage of the Bihar Judiciary Exam.

1. Preliminary Exam: (Objective Type)

- Bihar Judiciary preliminary exam is an objective type paper.
- There will be a total of 250 questions with 250 marks.
- BPSC has not announced the time duration of the Bihar Judiciary Prelims Exam.
- A minimum qualifying mark is 45% for general candidates and 40% for reserved category candidates.

- BPSC has not announced the time duration of the Bihar Judiciary Prelims Exam.
- There will be a total of 750 Marks in the Bihar Judiciary Mains Exam.
- It is advised that students write in good handwriting in BPSC Judiciary Exam so that the examiner can understand the answer easily.
- There are 6 papers in the Bihar Judiciary Mains exam of which 5 are compulsory and one is an optional subject exam.
- English and Hindi are qualifying in nature and aspirants need to score 30 marks to qualify for both papers.
Optional Subjects

3. Interview:
- It is a personality test where the candidate's ability is assessed based on his/her communication skills, personal & professional discussion, aptitude skills, etc. Only those candidates will appear in the Interview round who have successfully qualified for the Bihar Judiciary Mains Exam.
- The interview contains 100 marks.
Bihar Judiciary Prelims Exam Syllabus:
The preliminary exam consists of two papers i.e. General Studies & Law.
General Studies
