Best Newspaper to read for SSC CGL/CHSL Exams (Avoid The Hindu)

If you ask anyone that which is the best newspaper to crack GK section of SSC Exams, I guess "The Hindu" is the obvious answer. But do you all really able to read The Hindu? The important question is, does The Hindu newspaper really helps in improving English and to crack GK section of SSC CGL, CHSL, and other competitive exams? The Hindu is a very good and one of the best newspapers in India. But when it comes to SSC CGL, CHSL and any other SSC Exams, The Hindu does not solve the purpose. The Hindu is best for UPSC aspirants. The level of General Awareness section asked in SSC CGL, CHSL, MTS, Steno and other SSC Exams is not as difficult as the level of UPSC. If you say that you want to improve your vocabulary to crack SSC exams, again The Hindu is not advisable. You can follow any other newspaper which has a simple vocabulary. 

Nowadays, the way of preparation for competitive exams has changed. Rather than reading anything, you should know which study material will solve your purpose. In such a vast competition, you can not afford to take chance and spoil your exam. Do not just follow anyone blindly. Read newspaper daily but The Hindu is not for you if you are willing to crack SSC CGL Exam. A much simple newspaper can help you.

Which newspaper is best to improve vocabulary for SSC Exams

SSC does not ask much difficult vocabulary. You can follow any good newspaper to learn new words. If you are comfortable in reading "The Hindu" then you can but don't worry if you find this newspaper a bit difficult. Take any English newspaper and read it completely. You can do one thing, just take one newspaper and keep it in your bag. Keep reading it till you finish it. Mark difficult words and jot down in any notebook. Don't be tensed if your vocabulary is weak. There is always a scope for improvement if you work hard. Don't give up easily.
