BDL Recruitment 2022 For Management Trainees: Selection Process

The selection process for the BDL recruitment 2022 Management Trainees posts has been divided into various stages. Those who qualify for all the mentioned recruitment stages will finally be selected for Management Trainee. The candidates will be absorbed in Grade II as Assistant Managers after training.

• Candidates will be called for a computer-based online test and Interview for selection as Management Trainees.
• Candidates fulfilling the specified eligibility standards must appear for the computer-based test on the date and venue mentioned in their admit cards downloaded from the official website.
• The computer-based test for Management Trainee posts will be of two hours and will comprise 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). In the CBT, 100 MCQs will be on the concerned subject/disciplines and 50 MCQs on the General studies and aptitude.
• The CBT will be assigned a weightage of 85%, and the Interview will be assigned a weightage of 15% respectively.
• Candidates must clear the CBT cut-off to qualify for the next selection stage. The cutoff marks for Management Trainees in each discipline will be such that candidates are shortlisted in the 7:1 (Candidate: Post) ratio.
