  • You should follow the previous year analysis and important topics for BARC mechanical exam. You can practise previous year GATE questions also.

  • The BARC difficulty level is the same as GATE 1 marks questions. Candidates have to attempt 100 questions in 120 minutes. So, you need to be fast and accurate.

  • As per the previous year's memory-based analysis, subjects like SOM, Thermodynamics, FM, Heat transfer are important.

  • There are 100 questions of 3 marks each in the BARC written exam with 1/3 for negative marking and 120 minutes will be allotted to attempt the questions.
