After qualifying PFRDA Assistant Manager Exam 2022, candidates will be appointed to the post of Grade A (Assistant Manager). They will be on a probationary period of one year. During probation, the PFRDA Assistant Manager salary does not include all the allowances that are paid to a regular employee in the same post. The employment status of the candidate is confirmed on the basis of his/her character, performance, and suggestions from the concerned authorities. As per the official notification, PFRDA Assistant Manager per month salary is approximately Rs. 1,40,000/- (Gross) including all the allowances.

PFRDA Assistant Manager In-hand Salary

The in-hand salary is calculated after deducting the necessary components such as Provident Fund, ESIC, tax-saving investments, medical insurance, retirement plan contributions, etc. PFRDA Assistant Manager in-hand salary is paid to the employees after deducting the amounts of the mentioned components from the gross salary which is Rs. 1,40,000/-. So, the net per month salary of the PFRDA Assistant Manager is based on the number of deduction components in the gross salary.

PFRDA Assistant Manager Salary Pay Scale

The salary of the PFRDA Assistant Manager is paid according to the prescribed pay scale. As per the official notification, the PFRDA Assistant Manager pay scale is Rs. 44500-2500(4)-54500-2850(7)-74450-EB-2850(4)- 85850-3300(1)-89150(17). PFRDA Assistant Manager is a Grade A post and hence employees are entitled to the Officer’s pay scale.

The pay scale indicates an increase in the basic pay after the completion of a certain period in the organization.

PFRDA Assistant Manager Salary Slip

Salary slips will be provided to the employees at the end of each month. It will be available online on the official website of the PFRDA department and can be accessed by using the login details. The PFRDA Grade A salary slip will contain the details of Basic Pay, Special Allowance, Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, etc. In addition, it will present the details of the deduction components in the salary of a PFRDA Grade A Officer.

Qualification Allowances in PFRDA Assistant Manager Salary
