Bank of Baroda Selection Process
For the roles of Specialist Officer in Bank of Baroda, candidates must pass three rounds of testing: an online test (for positions in MMG/S-II & MMG/S-III only), a psychometric test, or other test considered appropriate, and a group discussion and/or interview round.
Bank of Baroda SO Exam Pattern
There will be 4 sections: English, Quantitative, Professional Knowledge, and Reasoning. The portions will be offered in both English and Hindi, with the exception of the English language test. For the General Category and the Reserved Category, respectively, the minimum qualifying marks/percentage of marks in each section would be 40% and 35%. The candidates will be shortlisted for participation in a subsequent selection process and a rank list will be generated using the candidate's Professional Knowledge scores. Each wrong answer will result in a 0.25 mark deduction. Below is a description of the exam format for the online test.
