OSCB Selection Process 2022

The OSCB Assistant Manager selection process is 3-tier and the Banking Assistant selection procedure is 2 tier. Students need to first attend the prelims exam in order to get qualified for the main online exam.

OSCB Selection Process - Stage 1

Let's go through the online objective exam pattern of the OSCB exam comprehensively. The OSCB Assistant Manager and Banking Assistant Exam consist of 3 sections: English, reasoning, and quantitative aptitude. The main exam consists of 4 sections: English, reasoning, General awareness, math.

Prelims Exam Pattern:

The total mark of the prelims phase is 100. The total time is 60 minutes. There is a sectional time limit and sectional cut-off.

OSCB Selection Process - Stage 2

The total mark and time of the OSCB mains exam are 160 and 140 minutes respectively. There is a sectional time limit and sectional cut-off.

NOTE

  • There is a negative mark which is equal to 1/4th of the marks assigned.
  • There is sectional as the well overall cut-off.
  • Candidates selected in the online prelims exam will be called for the main exam. Likewise, the candidates selected in the main exam will be called for the interview. (in case of Assistant Manager).

OSCB Selection Process - Stage 3

There is an interview in the case of the OSCB Assistant Manager exam which is the last phase of the selection criteria. Based on the performance in the online main exam, candidates will be called for the last stage i.e: interview. Candidates will be provided admit card to appear for the interview phase.
