AILET vs CLAT Eligibility Criteria

The basic eligibility differences between CLAT and AILET are similar. However, the requirements of the mark is vary, and the candidates must CLAT Eligibility and AILET Eligibility in detail before applying for the exam.

To apply in CLAT, the candidates need to score 45%marks in 10+2 exams (40% for reserved categories). But for AILET, 50% marks in the 10+2 exam are necessary.

AILET vs CLAT – Which is tougher?

The first thing that comes to mind of a candidate before appearing at the entrance is which one is difficult to crack. If you compare the number of applicants per seat, then AILET is definitely tougher than CLAT.

Approximately 59,000 candidates submit their application for 3283 seats in 22 NLUs
Approximately 19,000 candidates appear for 180 seats of NLU Delhi

Thus as per analysis, in CLAT, approximately number of 17 candidates compete for just one seat. However, on the other hand, there are around 150 candidates competing for just one seat at NLU Delhi.
