AFCAT Paper Analysis 26 February 2023 Highlights

This was Day 3 after the exam for Day 1 & Day 2 has been conducted successfully by the Indian Air Force across the country. Below are the highlights of the AFCAT Analysis of 26 February 2023.

As per the exam pattern provided by the Indian Air Force, the AFCAT exam comprises 100 questions for 300 marks with a negative marking of 1/3 each. The exam was conducted in online mode and the time allowed to solve these questions is 120 minutes. In this shift, questions were too lengthy and tricky. lengthy from boat and stream, Mixture, Number system and tricky from time and work, Probability, clock, etc. So overall 13 to 15 questions were good attempts.

Reasoning & Military Aptitude

Easy-Moderate

Reasoning questions were easy and asked from all the topics. Question statements were simple and not lengthy. Odd one-out questions were a little bit difficult.

General Awareness

15-18

Moderate

The GK Part of this shift was on difficult side than earlier shifts. Hot Topics included Modern History (Education, Revolt of 1857), Defence Awareness(Operations, Aircrafts, Missiles) and Current Affairs(RBI News, Sport Trophies).

In this shift, Most of the questions were directly based on the formula. As we get to the last shifts. Questions from 2D mensuration, time and work, CI, and profit-Loss. So overall 12 to 14 questions were good attempts.

Reasoning & Military Aptitude

Moderate

Questions were included from all the topics. The question level is moderate. Blood relation and Order and Ranking questions were tricky. There were some difficult words in odd one-out questions.

General Awareness

15-18

 

Moderate

The GK Part was on difficult side than earlier shifts. Hot Topics included Geography and Environment Topics, Defence Awareness(Aircrafts, Missiles, CAPF ) and Current Affairs(Government Schemes, Sport Terms).
