UPPCL AE Exam Pattern 2022: CBT Paper, Qualifying Marks

UPPCL AE Exam Pattern 2022: The UPPCL Assistant Engineer (AE) exam pattern is notified by the exam conducting organisation which is the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) in its official notification. The candidates who apply for the UPPSC AE exam should have good knowledge of the paper pattern and marking scheme that is to be followed. 

Knowing the exam pattern shall be useful in planning a preparation strategy that is needed to qualify the exam. The UPPCL AE Exam 2022 shall be held in online mode with only objective type of questions. Read this post to get complete and detailed knowledge about the latest UPPCL AE exam pattern.

The UPPCL AE exam shall be held in online mode only. 

• All the questions in the UPPCL AE paper will be objective multiple-choice questions. 
• There shall be 4 subjects in the examination where the core engineering subject shall have the maximum weightage. 
• There shall be normalisation of marks if the exam is held in multiple shifts.
• Given below is the paper pattern with the marking scheme in the table as per the latest exam notification. 

UPPCL has notified the qualifying marks for the online test. All the candidates will have to obtain at least 30% in the UPPCL AE online test to be eligible to be called for the interview. 

A candidate who is applying for the UPPCL Assistant engineer post will be selected in the following two stages: 

• A computer-based examination (CBT) will be conducted
• Those who will qualify for CBT will be called for the interview process.

After the qualification of the CBT and Interview, a medical test will be conducted to check the fitness of the candidates after which the merit list will be released.
