PGCIL Diploma Trainee 2021: Exam Pattern

PGCIL Diploma Trainee Exam Pattern is a single-stage exam i.e. written examination, which is a computer-based test (CBT). However, a computer skill test will be held for the post of PGCIL Diploma Trainee, Jr. Officer Trainee, HR which is qualifying in nature. Thus, your selection will depend upon your performance in the written test. 

  • The PGCIL diploma trainee exam has a total of 170 questions and 1 mark is awarded for every correct answer.
  • There will be a penalty of ¼ the mark for each wrong answer marked by you.
  • The exam for the PGCIL diploma trainee will be conducted in both Hindi and English language.
  •  Part 1 contains 120 discipline (Electrical/Civil) specific questions and Part 2 contains 50 questions to check the applicant's aptitude.
  • The duration of the CBT is 2 hours for both papers.
