The salary for GETCO JE varies until 5 years into the service. The candidates will be initially appointed for 5 years as Electrical and Civil Engineer (Vidyut Sahayak). 

• For the 1st year, the candidates will be paid Rs. 37, 000 per month. 
• From 2nd year onwards till 5th year into the service as JE in GETCO, the candidates will be paid Rs. 39,000.
• Once the candidates have completed their service into GETCO for 5 years, they would be appointed on a permanent basis subject to the satisfactory completion of five years as GETCO JE (Vidyut Sahayak). 
• From the 6th year onwards upon being appointed as GETCO JE, the candidates will be paid a salary on the pay scale of Rs. Rs. 45400 – Rs. 10120

GETCO JE Salary

All the candidates who will be appointed as GETCO JE for the fice years will not be admissible to any other allowances or benefits. However, on being appointed as a permanent employee, the candidates will be getting some perks and allowances as per the Government of Gujarat.
