A man steals 1000 from shop spends 700 in same shop and gets 300 change now. The shop owner gets loss of Rs 1000.

We can rapidly resolve this mathematical problem by applying the next mathematical method.

The initial loss amounts to Rs. 1000.

The sum recovered must now be calculated. The business owner would very probably offer the man goods or services worth Rs. 700 if he spent Rs. 700 at the establishment. There will therefore be no recovery in this instance.

The store will not be able to recover any money because the man gave Rs. 1000 in return for Rs. 700 in goods or services and received Rs. 300 in change.

Final loss = Initial loss – Recovered amount = 1000-0 = Rs. 1000

Loss –

A loss is defined as the sum the seller experiences after selling the good for less than its cost.

Profit and Loss Calculators

Let’s now determine the formulas for profit and loss.

The difference between the selling price and the cost price is the profit or gain.

Loss is determined by subtracting the selling price from the cost.

Profit or Gain = Selling price – Cost Price

Loss = Cost Price – Selling Price

Profit percentage (P%) = (Profit /Cost Price) x 100

Loss percentage (L%) = (Loss / Cost price) x 100

Summary:-

A Man Steals 1000 from shop spends 700 in same shop and gets 300 change now how much did shop owner gets loss

A man takes $1,000 from a store, spends $700 there, and now has $300 in change. The retailer suffers a loss of Rs. 1000.
