XLRI Final Placement Report 2017

Xavier's Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) has completed its Final Placements for the Batch of 2015-17. This is inclusive of both the BM and the HRM students. With a mind-boggling Median CTC of 19 LPA, the institute has lived up to its hype. With a total of 359 students taking away 386 offers from 139 companies, the placements have been extraordinary. Adding a feather to this cap is the 42 first time recruiters/roles in this year's placement. A brief overview is presented below:

  • Fresh roles opened up on campus has seen a rise of 17% over the previous year
  • 'The number of recruiters has substantially increased' observes director Father E. Abraham
